Homeopathy Index

Terms of Use

Last updated September 25, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Homeopathy Index app and this website. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app is

Homeopathy Index is a personal inventory tool. It lets you catalog the homeopathic remedies you already own, record their potencies and quantities, and search your own list. It stores your information on your device only.

Not medical advice

The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It does not recommend remedies, potencies, or doses, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified practitioner or physician before making any health decision. You are solely responsible for how you use the information you record.

Purchases

The app is free to download and lets you add up to 15 remedies at no cost. A one-time in-app purchase, the Full Access Unlock, removes that limit. It is a single purchase, not a subscription. The unlock is tied to the store account you buy it with, your Apple ID or Google account, and can be restored on your devices using Restore Purchases.

All purchases are processed by your app store, Apple or Google. Prices, billing, and refunds are handled by that store under its own terms. Any refund request must be made through that store.

Your data

The app has no account and no server. The information you enter stays on your device and is included in your phone's standard backup (an iCloud or computer backup on iPhone, or your Google account backup on Android). If you delete the app without a backup, its data is removed. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Please use the app only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app, and do not use it in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, and its content are owned by their respective owners and are protected by law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any decision made in reliance on information you recorded in it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
