Homeopathy Index is made by Wave of Wellness of Florida LLC. It is developed and published by Praxis Method LLC, and is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information, and what happens when you contact us through this website.
The app collects nothing
Homeopathy Index has no account, no sign-up, and no server. It uses no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party software kits. Everything you enter, including every remedy, potency, quantity, and note, stays in the app's own storage on your device. The app makes no network requests except to your app store (the Apple App Store or Google Play) when you make a purchase. We never see your data, because it never leaves your device to reach us.
Your device backups
Your remedy data is saved in the app's own storage on your device. Your phone includes that storage in your normal device backup by default (an iCloud or computer backup on iPhone, or your Google account backup on Android), so a backup you make may contain a copy of your remedy data. That backup is yours. It is created and held by Apple or Google under their own terms, not by us, and you control it in your device's Settings. We do not exclude the data from your backup, and we never receive it.
Purchases
The app is free to download. A one-time $24.99 unlock removes the 15-remedy limit. Your app store, Apple or Google, processes the purchase. We never see or receive your payment details. The store provides us aggregate sales reporting only, which does not identify you. The store's handling of your purchase is covered by its own privacy policy (see Apple's Privacy Policy or Google's Privacy Policy).
When you contact us through this website
Information is collected in only two places, and both happen on this website, not in the app: the contact form and the optional email sign-up forms described below. When you use the contact form on our Support page you send us your name, your email address, and your message. We use them only to answer you. The form is delivered by two service providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and Resend, which delivers the email. We keep your message only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and keep a reasonable record of it, then we remove it. Because this is website collection and not app collection, it does not change the app's "Data Not Collected" / "Data not collected" status on its store listing.
When you sign up for emails on this website
Some pages on this website, including the home page and a bonus page, offer an optional email sign-up. Your email address is collected only if you voluntarily submit it, and this happens on the website, not in the app. We use a double opt-in: after you submit, we send a confirmation email, and nothing further is sent unless you click to confirm. We use your address only to send the materials you asked for and occasional related updates, and we handle it with the same providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores the address on our behalf, and Resend, which delivers the email. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell or share your address. Because this is website collection and not app collection, it does not change the app's "Data Not Collected" / "Data not collected" status on its store listing.
Children
Homeopathy Index is not directed at children under 13. Nothing is collected from anyone, of any age, through the app.
Your control and deletion
You edit or delete any entry inside the app at any time. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. There is nothing stored on a server of ours to delete or return, because we hold none of it.
